Job description

The role sits within Clearstream Treasury. The role will support the team in day-to-day tasks, market analysis, and investment work. The focus will be on markets, with APAC market work where needed. The role will also help build tools, models, and slide packs for team use.

Your responsibilities:

The role will provide junior support to Clearstream Treasury. It will help the team keep pace with daily tasks and recurring analysis. It will also support the ramp-up of the new Treasury set-up.

  • Support Clearstream Treasury in day-to-day work.
  • Track and analyze markets.
  • Support APAC market review where needed.
  • Help prepare slide packs for investment topics.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based tools and models.
  • Support the team with data checks and market updates.
  • Help draft notes and input for internal meetings.
  • Work with Treasury Back Office on linked tasks where needed.
  • Work with Sales teams on selected topics where needed.


Required profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • First work or intern experience in markets, treasury, or finance.
  • Strong interest in money markets and capital markets.
  • Good team player, with structured and clear communication.
  • Good MS Office skills, Excel in particular. VBA skills would be a plus.
  • SAP and SharePoint know-how would be a plus.
  • Strong number skills and sound judgement.
  • Fluent in English. German or French would be a plus.
