> Management of the TA planning with the different priorities in cooperation with the team
> Ensure a quality of services for all clients
> Onboarding of new clients with the practical aspects
> Capacity to supervise and manage some specific big clients
> Review of TA transactions/orders in line with Transfer Agency checklist and procedures.
> Review of the shareholder reporting dedicated to internal and external clients.
> Review of emails/ queries from internal and external parties in a timely manner.
> Link with the KYC Team to coordinate the different closings
> Manage some projects linked to TA and new regulations, new development projects
> Ad hoc duties as they arise.
> Bac + 3 in Economics or Finance
> 3-4 years mainly in Private Equity and Real estate Funds services
> AML/KYC expertise
> Languages : English / French – German is an advantage
> Self-motivated team player
