Due to significant development in business activity outside the Nordic area, NAM is now looking for a senior Compensation and Benefit specialist to support the journey of becoming leading in Europe.

The position we offer

In cooperation with Group Compensation & Benefit and the NAM Reward Partner you are responsible for ensuring correct and compliant compensation and benefit procedures both for the unit in Luxembourg and abroad.

As Senior Compensation & Benefit specialist your responsibility will be to build, develop, implement and maintain all aspects of the compensation and benefit process for NAM locations outside the Nordic region.

You will advise the organisation within the field of compensation and benefit, liaise with AM’s specialists and ensure that Nordea Group initiatives and new regulations are implemented.

Your will also drive or take part in projects related to your area of expertise, e.g. establish payroll for new entities etc.

The position is located in Luxembourg, where also most of the NAM non-Nordic employees are located. On a daily basis you will interact and cooperate with the local NAM people consultant and NAM People Officer.

You will be a part of the NAM People team with colleagues located in Luxembourg and Copenhagen.
To strengthen the collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders you must be willing to travel.

The qualifications you need

The person we are looking for has a minimum of 10- year experience from working within the compensation and benefit field in the financial sector in Luxembourg.

The ideal candidate is accurate, analytical and can ensure quality on a detailed level while considering the overall picture in a strategic way.

If you are, in addition to above, solution-, service minded and fluent in English you will certainly succeed in this position.
