For Our Global HQ in Luxembourg we are looking for an Executive Assistant.

Main Tasks:

  • Management of daily correspondence, phone calls, agenda
  • Schedule meetings
  • Preparation of PP presentations
  • Reporting
  • Preparation of materials for meetings and provide post-meeting follow-up notes
  • Administrative process tasks as required i.e., expenses, document collation
  • Agenda management
  • Travel arrangement
  • Office stationary management
  • Administrative follow up of invoices
  • Eventual organization of events
  • Management of the expenses reports.

Profile:
  • Specific secretarial education / university background a plus
  • Exposure to top management in a structured environment a plus
  • Able to work autonomously, to manage multiple tasks & prioritize schedules
  • Flexible, collaborative and excellent team player
  • Able to maintain positive and proactive attitude also in stressful situations
  • Good Knowledge of MS-Office

 

IT Skills

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outlook
  • SAP a plus

 

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Other languages are a plus.
