Our client is a global fund administration and investor servicing software specialist delivering innovative middle and back office solutions to the world's leading fund administrators, asset managers and insurance companies.

My client is committed to helping its clients grow their assets and develop new capabilities while simplifying their operating models, improving operational efficiencies and reducing costs.

To support the growth of activities, we are looking for a Business Development/Sales Executive, specialized in banking and finance activities.

Description

The role will include but definitely not limited to:

- Ownership of target markets and active persuit of new business prospects across EMEA

- Drive sales campaigns to generate demand for their products

- Manage the end to end sales cycle from initial interest, through any RFI / RFP process, proof of concept, commercial negotiation through to contract signature

- Build wide, extensive and fruitful relationships with key decision makers and influencers by attending industry and other events

- Fully leveraging executive management, industry and technology experts

- Supporting account management teams as required

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following:

- You have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Financial or Fund Industry

- Bachelor's degree or post graduate qualification

- Be fluent in English and French. German and any additional languages are an asset

- Proven track record of FinTech new business development

- Self-motivated with positive approach to delivering against targets

- Relationship building and communication skills will form the main basis for your success, coupled with the patience and persistence required to build and follow up effectively your client base

- The successful candidate will use their tenacity and commitment to manage the business development strategy within their market in order to hit new client targets

- To achieve this, you will be a proven sales person with a documented ability to penetrate new accounts. You will need the ability to articulate compelling business logic and to communicate the value proposition of our platform.
