Our client is a fast growing company acting in the IT/Gaming sector. In order to reinforce their team, we are looking for a "Technical Customer Support Analyst".
As Technical Customer Support Analyst, you will provide technical support of company Casino Management system remotely and / or at customer locations by applying knowledge regarding database maintenance, network, configuration, supporting operating systems and creating technical documentation in support of installation projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage opened calls via the ticketing tool and emails received from our client
- Monitoring of system hardware and operating systems
- Monitor services and applications
- Installation of IT software and the company applications
- Participation in the development of operating procedures
- Travel to customer sites for installations
- You have at least a Bachelor degree in IT
- You have a relevant experience in a similar position in IT. Any gaming experience is welcome
- You are fluent in English and French. Any other language is a plus
- Hardware and software experience including PC configuration, diagnostics, troubleshooting and network administration
- Database experience is essential including Microsoft SQL and/or MongoDB
- Knowledge or experience in Microsoft products and / or Linux
- Knowledge of IIS
- ITIL foundation certificate is a plus
- Ability to travel to customer's sites as required
- Excellent organisation skills
