YOUR ROLE:You will be a key client contact person for corporate (legal and administrative) matters with regards to our Luxembourg domiciled companies and our clients.
You will draft, assess and/or review contracts and/or legal documents and agreements, from incorporation to liquidation of the domiciled/clients’ entities.
You will actively participate in the day-to-day management of our domiciled/clients’ companies, prepare board meetings, shareholders’ general meetings and a variety of other corporate or administrative documents and contracts.
Follow up on legal proceeding relating to the investments, holding structures and assets of client portfolios.
Organize incorporations, mergers and liquidations.
Extensively liaise with our clients, local notaries, public authorities and banks.
Work in a small team, coached and supervised by the directors, cooperating closely with the accountants to ensure full monitoring of all transactions.
Provide support to the Directors with regards to the legal and regulatory duties of the PSF.
Follow-up and handle KYC matters and procedures.
5 or more years of experience in a similar position.
Good knowledge of the real estate industry, related transactions and structuring.
Good knowledge of Luxembourg company and RCS laws.
Proactive, team player and well organized.
Considering team spirit to be of major benefit to yourself and your colleagues.
Legal background and knowledge in Tax matters and/or Corporate structuring would be an asset.
Fluent in English (mainly) and French, both verbally and in writing. German being a strong asset.
