We are currently looking for a: 

Community Manager and Webmaster (F/M)

Your responsibilities:

As  part of the Marketing Department, you will be in charge of the EY social media accounts and the day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s website:

• Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Maintain social media pages and increase social media presence and effectiveness

• Train our stakeholders on the use of social media via trainings and individual meetings

• Assistance in digital innovations

• Develop and implement strategies for generating increased web traffic through social media

• Web and social media analytics

• Maintain and update EY Luxembourg website

• Proactively ensure highest levels of usage of the website by working closely with the internal stakeholders

• Work following the visual standards and the values of the company


Your profile:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in Social media and digital. Additional relevant experience may substitute for some of the education requirements.

• You are enthusiastic and convinced about social media, and follow the latest developments

• You have an excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, any other social media being an asset.

• You display excellent project management skills, and demonstrate attention to details as well as quality control

• You have good web culture, creativity, web writing and communication skills in English, French and/or German being also an asset

• You possess knowledge in Word, Excel, HTML/CSS, JavaScript and Adobe Photoshop

• You are able to work quickly and methodically in an ever changing industry

• You are able to work collaboratively in a global environment, to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports

• You have strong organizational and coordination skills, with strong informational research skills

• You are confident in meeting stakeholders to present strategy and concepts for discussion.
