Office Coordinator


A highly reputable international law firm is going to open up a brand new office in Luxembourg-City soon.

We are currently building up our team and are looking for a motivated Office Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for all organisational topics, such as office management, processing of incoming e-mails, management of office supplies, preparing for meetings, etc.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • All topics related to office management
  • Processing of in-coming and out-going mail
  • Organisation of appointments and travel
  • Support of the management in all administrative and organisational topics
  • Interface for internal and external contact persons
  • Processing of HR topics

 

Your Profile:

  • To successfully fulfill this position, you must be passionate about organising
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • Very good language skills in German, French and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong in creativity and organisational skills
  • Accuracy, confidentiality and trustworthiness
  • Well-structured, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Proactive, self-initiative & result-oriented team player

  

Your Remuneration:
