A highly reputable international law firm is going to open up a brand new office in Luxembourg-City soon.
We are currently building up our team and are looking for a motivated Office Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for all organisational topics, such as office management, processing of incoming e-mails, management of office supplies, preparing for meetings, etc.
- All topics related to office management
- Processing of in-coming and out-going mail
- Organisation of appointments and travel
- Support of the management in all administrative and organisational topics
- Interface for internal and external contact persons
- Processing of HR topics
- To successfully fulfill this position, you must be passionate about organising
- You have excellent communication skills
- Very good language skills in German, French and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong in creativity and organisational skills
- Accuracy, confidentiality and trustworthiness
- Well-structured, flexible and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, self-initiative & result-oriented team player
