Zenit Europe is the regional sales office in Luxembourg and is responsible for the sales, customer service and logistics to our customers / distributors in over 75 countries in Europe, East Europe including Russia, the Middle East, Africa and South America.
Zenit Europe employs currently 16 persons in Luxembourg and we are looking for dynamic individuals helping us to achieve our mission.
Regional Sales Manager - Business developer (m/f)
Reports directly to the General Manager
Role and responsibilities:
- we are looking for an International sales manager in charge of Germany, Austria, Swiss, Luxembourg
- already a large number of customers and turnover to take care + specific target to achieve to develop the markets (both industrial and domestic products)
- travel extensively in order to cover the territory visiting existing customers and to find new partners
- prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients and turn this into increased business
- cooperating with a direct marketing partner of the Group in order to target leads and mapping the territory
- strong ability in negotiating and creating relationships
- estimated time on the road 50 to 60%
- Highly motivated, accurate and loyal, eager to learn
- 5 to 10 years of experience in internation business, better if in German market
- ideal age-range from 30 to 40 years old
- technical background/knowledge requested in water or fluid domain in general
- Languages: German mother tongue, high standard of english is a must and any other additional language is a plus
- Good computer skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
Proposed a CDI with 6 months probation period
