Our client is an international IT solution company. They are active worldwide. Facing a constant growth, Xpertize.lu is looking for a Senior Account Manager.
As a Senior Account Manager you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Manage large accounts;
- Provide high business value and maximize ROI;
- Understand client needs;
- Propose optimized solutions;
- Prospect new business and clients;
- Develop your network;
- Follow-up contracts;
- Update database;
- Do market study;
- Provide a corporate competitive watch;
- Participle to national and international events.
- Graduate BA or Master in Business;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role;
- Fluent in English and French is mandatory, all other languages will be an asset;
- Client satisfaction minded
- Able to negotiate with C positions.
