Sales and product manager M/F
Our client is an international industrial company based in Luxembourg.
The company offers a large range of high quality products and systems all over the world.

To support the growth of one of its divisions, our client is looking for a Sales & Product Manager (French/English).

The Sales and Product Manager is responsible for a dedicated product line. He defines, suggests and applies the right global strategy for the product line in accordance with strategic sales goals.

More specifically, you are responsible for both product management and sales development regarding a niche market (Nuclear and Cryogenic application).

You define and implement products strategy and the related actions plan : products definition, design optimization, pricing... You manage your product line during complete lifecycle : design with technical specifications, development, testing, industrialization, delivery, client feedback, improvement solutions… (you will visit the plant in France to follow the projects).
You establish a marketing plan. So, you maintain actively competitor monitoring and follow market trends (benchmark, threats, opportunities…). You keep informed about international rules evolution for nuclear applications (RCCM) or new material standards (ASME, ASTM…).

Concerning the sales development, you identify business opportunities worldwide. You promote the product range with end-users, Engineering, EPC's. You review and approve quotes. You are ready to visit clients essentially in France even in Europe (2 or 3 business travels per month) and develop your own network. You define clear sales objectives and forecasts.

You obtained a Master's Degree ideally in Mechanical Engineering. You have an minimum 5 years of experience on Sales or/and Product management.

You are ideally comfortable with the Nuclear environment, you know processes, rules and standards. You also could came from the Oil and Gas sector.

You are fluent in French and English.

You behave as a real business partner thanks to your leadership. You are well known to create long-term and reliable customer relations and respect your commitments. You are autonomous and able to work independently.
