We are currently looking for a:
Senior Corporate Actions Processing Officer (f/m)
The successful applicant will be employed on a full-time basis in our Custody team in the Global Operations Services (GOS) department of the Bank.
The Custody team handles Corporate Actions, Income processing, Tax services, International and domestic payments, Fees processing & Cash position keeping for Treasury and consists of 13 people.
The position we offer
As Senior Corporate Actions Processing Officer, your main tasks will be the monitoring, processing and reconciliation of various corporate actions, investigating and answering client queries.
The qualifications you need
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in mainly Voluntary (elective) corporate actions processing as well as a solid experience in mandatory corporate actions and income processing. In addition you have experience in global custody services with a background in securities.
You take ownership; you work independently and in a structured and organized way. You have good analytical skills and an eye for details. Highly motivated, energetic, you are a proactive team player with a positive mind-set.
You focus on customer needs and satisfaction with high standards for quality and quantity while respecting deadlines. You are stress resistant and are able to keep high quality deliveries under demanding conditions.
You are familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access;…).The knowledge of the T24 Core Banking System will be considered an advantage.
Good command in English, both in verbal and written is an absolute must. Other languages such as German, French or a Nordic language is considered as an additional asset.
