Senior Project Manager (m/f) - Consultancy mission - 9 months

Goal:

Project sponsor: Legal & Compliance Department

In conformance with the company’s Project Management framework and Governance processes, the Senior Project Manager’s goal is to lead a specific portfolio of projects related to a fundamental overhaul of the company’s Operations with regards to Data Protection and Outsourcing principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large portfolio of projects related to Compliance Governance

  • Provide support in the post-analysis phase by providing assistance in the definition of work streams

  • Serve as primary liaison between the project sponsors i.e. Legal and Compliance Department/ Board of Management and all departments within the company.

  • Provide resource management, time and cost reporting and ensure effective project scope management.

  • Follow up on the development of business and technical requirements, and drive departmental initiatives related to the mission’s responsibilities. 

Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or related field.

  • Strong Programme Management experience in the insurance sector; ideally in health insurance

  • Good knowledge of the Data Protection laws’ impacts on documentation requirements and processes at an operational level and with regards to Outsourcing rules.

  • Ability to understand the impact of Compliance principles on Operations workflows and to design projects accordingly

  • Experience in managing projects in the field of Outsourcing and Insourcing of business operations in the insurance sector

  • Thorough knowledge of project management methodology and processes

  • Ability to perform duties in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision or direction.

  • Strong organizational, problem solving and presentation abilities.

  • Strong analytical skills sufficient to interpret statistical information.

  • The ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Ability to make decisions and assume responsibility with focus on solutions, with a high level of commitment and integrity

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the corporation.

  • Ability to identify and analyze project needs with solid problem solving abilities

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written command of English. Other languages are regarded as a distinctive advantage
