Executive Assistant to CEO (Initial 6 month contract, possible 12 months)

KR Recruitment Luxembourg is delighted to be recruiting this Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role for the CEO of an international Life Insurance company.

The Role:

  • You will Organize, plan and coordinate meetings, and events.
  • You will wright down the meeting reports.
  • You will manage both domestic and international travel booking.
  • You will help coordinate complex documents and presentations.
  • You will provide support on special projects.
  • You will complete expense reports, IT tickets, HR requests etc.
  • You will proactively develop and maintain agendas for key meetings.
  • Partner with other company executive assistants in order to collaborate, schedule meetings, back up each other, solve problems, and obtain information to ensure smooth day to day operations.

 

The Person:

  • Prior experience as a PA is desired.
  • Fluency is English. French is also required. 
  • You will have proven competency using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • You will be able to demonstrate good judgment and prioritize well.
  • You will be able to build strong relationships with other departments in order to accomplish tasks and achieve goals.
  • You will be expected to demonstrate strong business judgment, professional etiquette, organizational and problem-solving skills.
